✨ Conveniently transfer your access to the shop

Did you purchase your access not directly through the shop, but for example via Telegram, email, or WhatsApp (before the shop launch)? Then you can now easily have your access transferred to the shop!

Former Zaheka customers can also transfer their access. In the future, renewals will only be possible through the shop – manual renewals or new purchases outside the shop are no longer possible.

With a shop account, you can manage multiple accesses and always keep an overview.

Benefits of transferring to the shop:

  • Important information (e.g., URL changes, maintenance, updates)
  • Renewal of your access at any time
  • Username and password remain unchanged
  • Prices stay the same
  • Overview of all accesses in a single account

How to transfer your access to the shop:

  1. Create an account in the shop.
  2. Open a Ticket in the shop and provide your access username and password. Let us know that you want the access transferred and specify the desired duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Important: Please do not state when your line is still valid until – we can already see that. The duration info is important for later renewals.
  3. If no information on the duration is provided, we will set up a one-year line by default.
    Upgrades or downgrades of the duration are possible at any time via ticket.
Providing your username and password is necessary to ensure that no incorrect accesses are transferred.
Important:
This transfer option is only valid for customers who purchased their access directly from VenneTV or Zaheka and have a currently active access.
Accesses purchased elsewhere cannot be transferred to the shop.
