ℹ️ No EPG Display for StreamTV Channels? Here’s How to Fix It!
We keep receiving questions about why there is no EPG displayed for your own StreamTV channels. Here is a quick recommendation:
If you use TiviMate, please adjust the following settings in the app:
- Settings → EPG
- Update on app start: ON
- Update on playlist change: ON
- Update interval: 24 hours (Please do not set a shorter interval – frequent updates put unnecessary load on the servers!)
With these settings, the EPG for your StreamTV channels should always be available.

Currently, the EPG of a StreamTV channel is only displayed as long as the current program schedule is available. Once the channel reaches the end of its schedule and restarts, the EPG also reloads. This can result in some channels temporarily showing no EPG during the day.
If you are missing information, you can manually update the EPG in the app to load the latest program data.

We are already working on an improvement so that the EPG will soon be preloaded even without the channel restart. As soon as this change is implemented, the EPG will be permanently available.
