To ensure fair access for all customers and to maintain system stability during high-traffic match days, test access is managed dynamically around Bundesliga and Champions League fixtures.

The availability of free and paid tests is not based on fixed weekdays, but strictly on the actual match schedules.

⚠️ Important information about test access

  • Test access may become paid
  • Test access may be fully blocked (e.g. during Champions League)
  • All switches are handled fully automatically

Bundesliga – paid test access

  • Around Bundesliga matches, the free 48-hour test is temporarily disabled.
  • During this time, a paid Bundesliga test is available instead.
  • The paid test window is active:
    • starting 48 hours before kick-off
    • until after the match ends (including a safety buffer)
  • After the last relevant Bundesliga match, the free test is automatically re-enabled.

Champions League – full test suspension

During Champions League matches, all test access is blocked.

This applies to both the free and paid test.

  • The block starts 48 hours before a Champions League match
  • It ends only after the match has finished (including a safety buffer)
  • During this time, no test orders are possible

This ensures that test access cannot be used in any form during Champions League fixtures.

Payment for the paid test

The paid Bundesliga test can be purchased exclusively via cryptocurrency using a personal wallet.

Not supported: Azteco, CryptoVoucher, or similar voucher systems.

If you do not want or are unable to use cryptocurrency, please wait until the free test is automatically re-enabled.

❓ Why this policy?

  • In the past, match days led to increased abuse of free test access
  • Extremely high concurrent usage can negatively impact system stability and streaming quality
  • These measures protect our infrastructure from overload and targeted attacks
  • This ensures that active customers always receive stable service

ℹ️ Summary

  • Test availability depends on Bundesliga & Champions League matches
  • Bundesliga: free test → paid test
  • Champions League: all tests temporarily blocked
  • All switching is handled automatically
