ℹ️ Transfer Access to the Shop
If you did not purchase your access through our shop, but for example via Telegram, email, or WhatsApp (before the shop was launched), you can have your access transferred to the shop.
Even if you are a former Zaheka customer, you can have your access transferred to the shop. In the future, renewals for your access will only be possible through the shop. It will no longer be possible to renew or purchase new access manually or outside the shop.
With a shop account, you can manage multiple accesses and always have a clear overview of all your accesses.
Benefits of transferring to the shop:

- Important information (e.g., URL changes, maintenance, or updates)

- Your username and password remain unchanged

How to transfer your access to the shop:
- Create an account in the shop.
- Open a ticket in the shop and provide your username and password for the access. Also let us know that your access should be transferred and specify the desired duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Important: Please do not state the expiration date of your current access, as we can already see this. The duration only refers to the period you would like to renew in the future.
- If you do not specify a duration, we will set up a one-year line by default. You can request an upgrade or downgrade of your duration at any time via ticket.
You must provide your username and password so we can ensure that no incorrect accesses are transferred.
⚠️ Important:
This transfer is only possible if you purchased your access directly from VenneTV or Zaheka and your access is currently active. Accesses purchased elsewhere cannot be transferred to the shop.
