Change Duration – Here’s How
How to adjust the duration of your access:
- Open the section Change Duration
- Select the new desired duration from the dropdown menu.

- Confirm the change with Change. After the change, the new duration will be displayed immediately and the new price will be applied automatically.

After switching, the new duration is immediately available for renewal.
❗ What happens to old, unpaid invoices?
- All unpaid invoices of the old duration will be automatically canceled.
How do I renew after the change?
- Click on Renew Access
- Follow the order process – the new duration is automatically preselected.
- Pay as usual. Done!

❓ Can I change the duration as often as I want?
Yes, you can flexibly adjust the duration at any time.

- You are completely flexible – all without a support ticket.
- The new duration and the new price apply immediately.
- Old invoices are automatically adjusted or removed.
⚙️ How do I renew afterwards?
Go to Renew Access. The new renewal invoice will be created there, which you only need to pay.
❗ Why can’t I change the duration for some accesses?
- Some special tariffs (e.g. package accesses) are excluded from the change.
- Only ongoing, active accesses can be changed.
